Techdrives jaw couplings provide a range of simple and economic connections for shafts up to 90mm.  Two flexible elements (red and yellow) are available to vary the torsional stiffness.  Hubs are constructed in aluminium or cast iron.

• Type GR - General purpose low cost coupling for shafts 10 to 90mm, torque up to 165Nm.
• Type GESM - Flexible couplings with higher precision resulting in backlash free connections.  Clamp hub design removes the need for keyways.  Shafts 5 to 45mm, torques up to 187Nm.
• Type GESA - High torque backlash free couplings using shrink discs for connection to the shafts without keyways.  Shafts 10 to 42mm, torques up to 450Nm.

Monninghoff metal disc couplings have all-metal construction and create a shaft to shaft connection that is torsionally stiff and backlash free.  Disc packs are constructed in stainless steel and these couplings are maintenance free.

• Type 328 Mini Servoflex - Miniature disc couplings with clamp hubs, supplied assembled,. Shafts 4 to 25mm, torques up to 25Nm.
• Type 318 Servoflex - Available in single and double flexing designs and with vartiable spacer lengths.  Shafts 7 to 50mm, torques up to 500mm.
• Type 314 Arcoflex - Adaptable general purpose metal disc couplings for shafts 25 to 120mm, torques up to 14000Nm.
• Spacer couplings - Servoflex and Arcoflex couplings can be supplied in customised spacer models up to 5m long.

• Barrel gear coupling - Constructed with steel hubs and a nylon sleeve, these couplings suit blind assembly and are electrically insulating.  Shaft sizes 10 to 80mm, torques up to 700Nm.
• Hexaflex couplings - The Hexaflex reinforced rubber element is torsionally soft, accepts high misalignment but is remarkably strong.  Shaft sizes 16 to 100mm, torques up to 2250Nm.  Low cost spacer couplings can be supplied up to 3m long.
• Simplaflex spring couplings - All metal couplings that use three layers of spring to chieve medium to high misalignment capacity in very compact dimensions.  Shaft sizes 3 to 75mm, torques up to 900Nm.

Techdrives universal joints are high-quality shaft connections used for the connection of two shafts, on which a maximum working angle of up to 45 is permitted per joint.

• Precision type G universal joints with plain bearings can be used for speeds of up to 1000 rpm
• Type H joints with maintenance-free needle bearings can reach 4000 rpm
• Types GA and HA telescopic universal joints are available for static adjustment of shaft distances
• Universal joints are available for shafts 10 to 50mm (6-50mm for type G).
• The method of production achieves high precision, which has a positive impact on bearing clearance, concentricity, accuracy and service life.
