Safety - Lenze's 9400 series is the right drive for scalable safety functions. The safety module chosen is inserted in a slot reserved for safety engineering on the face of the drive, and the sensor technology used externally is connected up directly to the safety module. This ensures that the safety function is triggered at the very point at which the dangerous movement occurs in the controller. Parameters for the safety functions are set conveniently using the standard drive software.
Lenze ECS multi-axis servo drives
High performance compact drives with output 2 to 20A
The ECS is a dynamic servo system for applications with typically 3+ drives. It consists of a power supply module connected to individual axis drives connected by a DC bus. Versions include pre-installed drive solutions such as positioning, motion control and PLC control. Safe Torque Off is an option.
ECS combines with the Lenze MCS synchronous servo motors to make a high performance system used in robotics with up to 64A peak current per axis
Lenze i700 Servo Drive - NEW
Multi-axis servo with EtherCAT 2.5 to 32 A (0.75 to 15 kW)
New inverter for controlled, dynamic motion, particularly suitable for: handling and packaging machines and robotic applications. The i700 suits systems with central control and is an ideal partner for the Lenze 3200C controller. Installation is particularly easy with pivoting arms to connect the DC bus. Twin axis modules operate two motors from one drive saving costs and panel space.

The 9300 series is at the initial stages of a phase-out although availability will continue for several years. It is replaced by either the 8400 TopLine for lower specifications or the 9400 Servo for highest performance. For multi-axis applications consider also the i700.
