These ranges of in-line and right-angle geared motors in the power range 45 to 600W are manufactured by the Lenze Small Drives factory. Emphasis in the design and construction is on quality and reliability. A wide range of output configurations and mountings is available. Special versions are possible for volume applications.

SDXRA AC Worm Geared Motors

Single and three phase ac motors with aluminum framed worm gearboxes for powers 45 to 270W.

SDSGA/SPL Inverter Optimised Planetary Geared Moto

Inverter optimised asynchronous SDSGA motors available from 240 to 600W with Lenze planetary gearboxes for output speeds 23 to 757 r/min.

Type 121/SSN DC Worm Geared Motors

Lenze permanent magnet dc motors with worm gearboxes in flange, foot or hollow shaft configurations. Powers from 55 to 370W, supply voltages 24 or 180V.

Type 121/SPL DC Planetary Geared Motors

Lenze smooth bodied permanent magnet motors with Lenze type SPL planetary gearboxes for powers 55 to 600W, rated output speeds 24 to 811 r/min.

Lenze/Spaggiari Aluminium Worm Geared Motors

Simple and cost efffective right angle geared motors that are ideal for intermittently running drives.

Mounting is highly adaptable with standard hollow shaft or options of feet, single or double male shafts, flanges and torque arm.

Motors are 4 or 6 pole giving output speeds typically 13 - 200r/min

Lenze/Hydromech Helical In-Line Geared Motors

The geared motor with the modular system that lets you choose the configuration and mounting you need. Bolt-on feet and flanges match industry-standard footprints. IEC frame motors mean you can specify 1 or 3 phase, dc, braked or ATEX.

Gearboxes are constructed with aluminium casings that are vacuum impregnated and precision machined, saving on weight and costs.
